D-Links Web Smart DES-1316 is the first of its kind in the market. It is equipped with 16 10/100BASE-TX Fast Ethernet ports, 8 of which support 802.3af Power Over Ethernet (PoE). 333Questionable Performance

We have two of these phones (DPH-541) at our company, and their performance is questionable at best. When they're working they work great. But we have continuing problems getting the phones to ring consistently on incoming calls. Sometimes they ring, sometimes they don't--and wifi range is NOT the problem. We also have problems with getting the batteries to hold a charge. Sometimes they seem to charge well, and sometimes even after charging all night the battery has such little life in it that the phone won't even boot without being plugged in. I will not be buying any more of these.
