PBX Disable Call Waiting

Disable Call Waiting is a feature code that prevents a call waiting signal from interrupting the next call. The code only works for one call. If a call comes in while Disable Call Waiting is in use, it's treated as if the line was busy.

When we make a user by adding an entry in sip.conf file then we do not have the option for enable or disable the call waiting, instead of that call waiting is enabled by default for SIP user, Customized Option should be there.
